A2 Native Premium Cow Ghee
Our ghee is traditionally prepared ("Vennai Neyyi Urukku - Bilona process") from the milk which is naturally produced from the Kangayam country cows. This indigenous cattle breed from Tamilnadu, yields pure milk without any hormone
treatment. These cows produce only 1.5 litres of milk per session. It takes 25 liters of milk to produce 1.5 liters of ghee, making it a premium product. Many low-cost ghee brands add dalda (hydrogenated fat) to cut costs. While cheaper alternatives may seem attractive, they can increase cholesterol levels and harm health.
Our Ghee stands apart from these commercially prepared ghee and provide the purest choice to the customer.
We collaborate with more than 20 farmers and it is growing, each owning between 1 to 3 cows, creating a sustainable chain that supports and uplifts their livelihoods.
Choose purity, choose health—choose our traditionally crafted ghee!
Sustainability:
Our Wild honey varies in taste, unlike the common perception that all honey is simply sweet. Its flavor changes each time, depending on the nectar source. Those familiar with natural honey understand this variation.
Our honey is naturally enriched with pollen, which gives it a unique texture, color, and taste. Unlike processed honey, it retains the essence of flowers, making it appear
thicker and more nutrient-rich. This natural infusion enhances its purity and health benefits.
Tips:
- Always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid contamination.
- Do not cook with honey
- Check if it crystallizes – that’s a good sign! Real honey often does.
- Store in a cool, dark place – no need to refrigerate.
- Stir the honey well before consuming to ensure the pollen is evenly mixed.
Mudakathan helps prevent bone-related issues and is rich in flavonoids and phenolic compounds, which protect cells from oxidative damage and reduce inflammation. The leaves are shade-dried and blended with spices to create a nutritious rice mix powder. This powder can be mixed with hot rice or enjoyed with Indian delicacies like Idli, Dosa, and more.
Our herbal country sugar is a value added sugar. It is enriched with ingredients like pepper, long pepper and dry ginger etc which are taken in certain ratio. These are finely powdered and added for additional health benefits.
Our country sugar naturally changes color over time—initially uniform in shade, it darkens to brown after six months, becomes even darker after another six months, and eventually starts melting, showcasing its authentic, natural character. It has a shelf life of one year.
